Our commitment to students
Information you provide for a counselling enquiry is shared internally only with the concerned counsellors under FES and authorised FES staff who need it to arrange or support your enquiry. We use it to evaluate your academic profile, discuss suitable study options, and contact you for counselling and related follow-up.
We do not sell or rent student enquiries, pass them to independent counsellors outside FES, or use them for unrelated marketing. Technical services needed to operate the website are explained below so you can understand their separate role.
1. Who we are
FES Higher Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company in Pakistan providing higher education counselling and application guidance. FES is responsible for the student information collected through this website.
- Head office: Office # 31/2, Upper Ground, Mall of Lahore, 172 Tufail Road, Cantt, Lahore, Pakistan.
- Email: info@fespak.com
- Telephone: +92 345 8454769
- Corporate registration authority in Pakistan: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Contact FES for company registration information.
- ICEF agency listing: ICEF Agency ID 2750.
ICEF agency status and corporate registration relate to their respective purposes. They do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, or employment, or replace any professional authorisation required for a particular service.
2. Information you provide
A consultation enquiry includes your name, contact number, email, city, qualification, graduation year, preferred destination, and English-test status. A referral code may identify how your enquiry reached FES. Complaints include your contact details and the information you choose to provide about your concern.
If you use Mentora, your question is sent to the configured chat service to generate a response. Basic technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, may be processed to deliver and protect the website. Optional website analytics is described in our Cookie Policy.
Please provide accurate information and only what is needed for your enquiry. Do not put passport or CNIC numbers, bank details, passwords, medical records, or other sensitive documents into general enquiry fields or AI chat. A counsellor can explain the appropriate process if documents are needed later.
3. Fair use for evaluation and counselling
- Review your academic background, study preferences, and English-test status.
- Assign your enquiry to the relevant FES counsellor and arrange a consultation.
- Contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email about your request and related study guidance.
- Respond to complaints, correct information, and maintain appropriate service records.
- Operate and protect the website and, when you allow it, understand website usage.
Sending an enquiry does not authorise publication of your name, photograph, or testimonial, or enrol you in unrelated promotional campaigns. You can ask us to stop counselling follow-up using the contact details above. Where a law requires a particular lawful basis or consent for a use, that requirement must be met separately; this page is not blanket consent.
4. Access, service providers, and disclosures
Student enquiries are restricted to relevant FES counsellors and authorised FES staff supporting the request. Hosting, database, security, and communications services may technically process information needed to run the website or deliver the contact method you choose. They are not recipients of enquiries for their own counselling or lead sales.
Optional Google Analytics is enabled by default to help us understand website usage. You can turn it off by choosing essential cookies only in Cookie Preferences. WhatsApp processes communications when you choose to contact FES through WhatsApp. Mentora uses a separate chat backend; information entered there is processed to answer your question. These services may operate or store information outside Pakistan and have their own applicable privacy terms.
A general counselling enquiry is not permission to send your application or documents to a university, embassy, or another external organisation. If you ask FES to proceed with an application, the relevant counsellor should explain the recipient, information needed, and obtain the appropriate instruction or permission before that separate step.
Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law, a valid legal process, or to address fraud or protect legal rights. The scope of any disclosure should be limited to what is necessary.
5. Retention and protection
We keep enquiry and service records for as long as needed to handle your request, provide agreed support, resolve complaints, and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record and whether your enquiry becomes an active application. You can contact FES to ask about the records held for your case or request deletion.
Access should be limited to authorised personnel with a relevant role, with reasonable technical and organisational protections. No website or communications service can promise absolute security. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through public forms or chat.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask FES to explain the information held about you, correct inaccurate details, stop further counselling contact, or consider deletion or restriction where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or an ongoing dispute. Any statutory rights and deadlines depend on the law applicable to your circumstances.
Email info@fespak.com with “Privacy request” in the subject and enough information to locate your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal records. Please do not email identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate process.
Optional analytics can be changed at any time in Cookie Preferences. Disabling analytics does not stop you from using the forms or requesting counselling. Choosing essential cookies only does not by itself withdraw an existing counselling request; contact FES if you also want follow-up to stop.
7. Young students and published stories
If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before providing sensitive information or entering a paid service arrangement. Parents or guardians can contact FES about a young student’s information. We should only request information relevant to the enquiry.
Student stories and photographs are separate from private counselling records. Contact FES if a published story about you needs correction or removal, or if you have a concern about permission to publish it.
8. Counselling and service terms
Initial study-abroad guidance is offered as described on the relevant service or booking page. Recommendations depend on the information you provide and current institutional requirements. Students must supply genuine documents and truthful information.
Universities, scholarship providers, examination bodies, and immigration authorities make their own decisions. FES cannot guarantee admission, a scholarship, a test result, a visa, or employment. Mentora and general website information are guidance and should be verified with the relevant institution or official authority before acting.
Before any separately paid service, ask for written confirmation of the scope, fees, cancellation conditions, and any refund terms. University deposits, test fees, visa fees, and other third-party charges are subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Nothing on this page excludes statutory consumer rights or replaces a specific service agreement.
For concerns about an FES service, use the complaints and feedback form or contact the head office. The website and its content should be used lawfully, without impersonation, false submissions, or unauthorised access.
9. Policy updates
We may update this policy when our services or processing arrangements change. The effective date is shown above. Where a new use requires additional information or permission, publishing an updated policy alone does not replace that requirement.
